Why is their early voting in some states?
Has this always happened? I don't recall it ever happening before ... I mean, absentee ballots, yes. But I thought constitutionally the election was held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

NC has had early voting for several years ... at least as early as 2004. It is kind of useful if, for instance, you've got a big project due that day.

Its all a plan for vote fraud perpetrated by the parties, basically. Usually thought up by the Democrats, but the Republicans went along with it.
