How to handle North Korea

Okay, they tested a bomb.

Say, "Betcha don't have another one of those things. Why not test another underground?"

Repeat until correct.

I think the best way to deal with any emerging nuclear power is to remind them that while they may now have 1 or 2 bombs, we have several thousand. To illustrate this point I suggest we obliterate one of those small countries that doesn't serve much purpose other than serving as the answer to a trivia question. Andorra perhaps?
