Book of Daniel
Watched the pilot last night. I wasn't offended*. Thought it was stupid at times, and funny at times, and well, it wasn't a horrible way to spend an evening.
But what made me laugh hardest: The Catholic priest who takes care of everything. "Every time you get in trouble you come running to the Catholics," the Catholic priest tells the Episcopal priest. I was falling off my sofa laughing. Yep.
If anything, the pilot was about why you should be Catholic, not Episcopalian. Okay, mebbe that's a stretch.
* I've only been offended by an artistic product once in the past 10 years or so. And that was only slightly ... but still, offended nonetheless. It was in Sara Silverman's Jesus is Magic; the part where she sings "Amazing Grace." Leave before she puts in the bass line.
