I think you should reprint the entry in concordance form, listing all the words in alphabetical order with word counts. Then, as you re-use the words, you can remove them from this "word pool." When all the words have been re-used, the entry will be completely gone.
Good idea, Harry. It's important for words to be recycled instead of being thrown out after use.
